Join us in Halifax, Vermont for an engaging WFA + CPR Course with The Venture Out Project's Basecamp at Beaver Falls. Our highly immersive experience combines experiential learning games, realistic scenarios, lectures rich with meaningful stories, and opportunity for Q&A. The Wild Med WFA curriculum is inclusive and trauma-informed, focusing on how to offer effective, compassionate treatment for any body and every body.

Note: This certification training is intended for the LGBTQ+ community and is open to allies.

16 hours in-person WFA + 2 hours online CPR

Note: It may be possible to stay overnight and/or use the kitchen at Basecamp for an additional fee. Once you register, you can contact TVOP for inquiries about lodging and kitchen use during the course.

This immersive experience is for people who spend time in the outdoors and want to know more advanced techniques for preventing and responding to emergencies which occur in locations that are an hour or more from definitive care.
