CPR, Choking Relief, as well as Narcan and AED are all covered in this highly-experiential course so you can skillfully respond to the most acute situations.

CPR is for all people and is commonly taken by teachers, camp counselors, nature-based leaders, ski patrollers, utility workers, and parents.

Why Take CPR?

Taking CPR prepares you for the most serious emergencies a person can face. You will learn what to do when your patient is not breathing. This could be from cardiac arrest, stroke, drowning, electrocution, trauma, opioid use, choking, and more.

Topics we cover include:

  • CPR for Adults, Children, & Infants (compressions and breaths)
  • Choking Relief for Various Parties Including: infants, people who are pregnant, someone much larger than you, someone who uses a wheelchair, and of course, yourself!
  • AED (Automated External Defibrillator) 
  • Narcan/Naloxone Administration
