How does it work?

Online Coursework

10-15 minutes of content will be published each morning. You can complete this self-directed work anytime. You can even save up several days to do at once.

You will have access to the course content for one year. 



Skills Labs

Attend 2 live online Skills Lab to crystallize your learning and ask any questions you may have.

Week 2, 30-minute CPR Lab
Week 3, 45-minute First Aid Lab
